When you fill in our online quote form we collect the details you choose to give us typically your name, email address, phone number and Sydney postcode, plus any notes you add about your property and the service you need. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or go ahead with a booking, we may also collect your service address and any access instructions you provide.

We only collect information we genuinely need in order to prepare your personalised quote, arrange and carry out your cleaning service, contact you about your booking, respond to your enquiry, issue invoices and keep accurate business records. We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial account details) through the website.

Your information is stored securely and access is limited to the members of our small, family-run team who need it to quote for, schedule or deliver your clean. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share it with the trained cleaner or team assigned to your job, strictly so they can carry out your service, and with trusted providers who help us run the business (for example our email or invoicing tools) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where we are required or authorised to do so by law. We do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.

Our website aims to keep tracking to a minimum. If we use cookies or basic website analytics, it is only to understand aggregate, non-identifying traffic such as which pages are popular so we can improve the site. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use your quote-form details for advertising.

You can ask us at any time to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Just email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge to make a request, and we may need to verify your identity first.
